The project generally includes additions and renovations to an existing six-story wood and steel framing building located in the City of Lancaster with the following contracts: Question Deadline 03/28/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Online - Q&A Contract No. 2 - Mechanical Construction Contract No. 3 - Electrical Construction Contract No. 4 - Plumbing Construction A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Tenfold in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
