Renovation of a municipal facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project generally includes additions and renovations to an existing six-story wood and steel framing building located in the City of Lancaster with the following contracts: Question Deadline 03/28/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Online - Q&A Contract No. 2 - Mechanical Construction Contract No. 3 - Electrical Construction Contract No. 4 - Plumbing Construction A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Tenfold in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. The Contract Time for this project is three hundred (300) calendar days. Tenfold reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
