The main purpose of the space is for new psychology labs, clinic area, offices, and meeting space. The scope of work includes selective demolition of finishes, partitions, ceilings, and MEP items. The new work includes metal stud and gyp board partitions, lay-in ceilings, doors & frames, door hardware, and MEP systems upgrades. Finishes will be new throughout the renovation area.
