Reference Number 0000373419 The Chappaqua Central School District (CCSD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive security system upgrades. The purpose of this initiative is to enhance the safety and security of all district facilities in alignment with a long-term security roadmap. The award of contracts, if at all, will be made as soon as practicable CCSD aims to address the following areas of security infrastructure: Video Surveillance System Upgrade - Convert existing 377 cameras to an updated software platform. - Optimize the system with new enhanced AI servers. - Ensure seamless integration of existing cameras into new platform - Implement advanced analytics - Including appearance search functionality for identification of individuals and vehicles. - Utilize object detection to identify potentially dangerous or suspicious items. - Behavior analytics to detect unusual or concerning activity. - Ensure scalability for future system expansions and the addition of new cameras. - Provide mobile access and remote monitoring capabilities. Automated Lockdown System Enhancement -Update the current lockdown system to eliminate integration failures and improve reliability. - Implement incident response panels for each building. - Configure IRP settings for efficient lockdown initiation and management -Integrate existing lockdown endpoints (e.g., lockdown buttons, strobes) with IRP - Interface IRP with Salto interior and exterior doors locks to secure access points during lockdowns - Interface existing Mitel phone system for real-time communication - Connect IRP with the public address (PA) system. - Provide an updated architecture to prevent false alarms and ensure redundancy. - Train staff on system usage and support. Access Control System Modernization - Standardize naming conventions for all existing doors and locks for clarity and consistency. - Reprogram and reconfigure all existing doors and access cards for enhanced security and efficiency - Update firmware on all Salto locks and nodes to optimize performance - Develop architecture and communication standards for the access control system ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
