Reference Number 0000373413 The City of Medford, acting through its School Department, is accepting sealed proposals for Cleaning/Janitorial Services for Medford High School and McGlynn School. This contract is a one (1) year contract, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions, at the City's discretion. The City of Medford invites sealed proposals from qualified cleaning/janitorial services firms for cleaning services at the Medford High School and McGlynn School for one year, beginning April 1, 2025, and ending March 31, 2026, renewable at the City's sole option for two (2) consecutive one (1) year terms, with a maximum end date for the Contract of March 31, 2028. This contract is subject to appropriations on a fiscal year basis. All proposals are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B 6.
