Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Generally, the Project includes, but is not limited to, construction of a sanitary sewer and miscellaneous roadway items along Balls Ford Road (Route 621) from Doane Drive to Ashton Avenue (project length approximately 1.1 miles). Major project features include: 1) sanitary sewer installation, 2) storm drainage repair and installation, 3) ADA ramp repair and installation, 4) signage and pavement markings, and 7) traffic signal repair. The Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of erosion control devices, supplying and installing sanitary sewers pipes, traffic signal controller repair, signage, pavement markings, drainage structures, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and ramps, asphalt paving, mill and overlaying, and all measures required for the maintenance of traffic during construction. All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved project plans and bid documents. The completed project shall meet all requirements for final acceptance by the Virginia Department of Transportation and Prince William County Department of Transportation. This solicitation is governed by the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rates.
