To facilitate a separate underground utilities project, this Project includes the removal of 38 trees in the public right of way ranging from 6 inch to 48 inch diameter, including stump removal, and other related work as required by the project plans and specifications included in the Specification and Contract Documents. All tree removal work must be completed by March 31,2025. A proposal must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the contract price as evidence of financial responsibility. The City of Goshen reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, delete any portions thereof, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal received, and to award a contract, consistent with Indiana law, to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
