Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cranbrook, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Primary Scope (Tender Price) Supply and installation of Sprinkler System (Full scope of Mechanical Drawings) Supply and installation of Fire Alarm System (Full scope of Electrical Life Safety Drawings) Supply and installation of light metal framing and gypsum wall board bulkheads (Architectural Reflected Ceiling Plans) Supply and installation of miscellaneous patching and repairing of surfaces associated with the installation of life safety systems. Demolition of existing roof gutters and rainwater leaders. Patching and repair of existing fascia. Installation of new fascia, new fascia flashing, new gutters, new rainwater leaders and new splash pads Guest Rooms - Removal and capping of existing gas and power to unit kitchenettes (to be made safe). Removal of bathroom heat lamps, power, and switch; Patch and repair of GWB Former Manager’s Suite - Minor demolition of existing walls. Minor patching, repair and infilling of existing ceramic floor tile at former wall locations Painting of patches, repairs and new bulkheads Separate Prices Separate Price 1: Guest Rooms – Demolition of existing kitchenettes. Patching and repair of existing walls and floors associated with demolition. Painting of walls. Supply and installation of new flooring and baseboards Separate Price 2: Former Manager’s Suite – Demolition of additional walls, existing bathroom (tub, toilet, vanity and vanity millwork), existing kitchen and portion of exterior wall (for new exterior door). Installation of new flooring, new walls, new doors and ceiling finishes. Installation of new universal bathroom. Installation of new kitchen millwork. Installation of new Laundry Room. Separate Price 3: Former Reception Area – Demolition of existing wall, millwork, and flooring, and portion of existing interior wall (for access between new Office and new Dinning area). Unit Prices Unit Price 1: Guest Rooms (per Room) – Remove existing carpet and baseboard. Patch and repair existing subfloor surface ready of installation of new LVL Sheet flooring. Supply and install of new LVL Sheet flooring. Supply and install new wood baseboard. Paint baseboard. Unit Price 2: Guest Rooms (per Room) – Remove existing double headboard and built in side tables. Patch and repair wall ready for installation of new single headboard. Paint headboard wall. Supply and install new single headboard.
