Dallas Water Heater Replacement The purpose of this Scope of Work (SOW) is to remove and replace one A. O. Smith water heater with the same model or its superseding equivalent at 4209 Main (above central support). The replacement will ensure reliable hot water service for the facility. This project involves the removal of the existing water heater and installation of a new A. O. Smith water heater of the same model or its superseding equivalent. The work includes all labor, equipment, and incidental materials required to complete the job. New Water Heater o Model: A.O. Smith, Master-Fit. Model: BTN-250A-100, or its superseding model if the specified model is no longer available. o Specifications: o Natural gas o Input 250,000 btu/hr. o Tank capacity 99 gal. o 120V/60HZ Installation Services o Remove and replace the existing water heater with one A. O. Smith water heater of the same model or its superseding equivalent Input 250,000 btu/hr. o Disconnect and reconnect to the existing vent piping. o Disconnect and reconnect to the existing water supply. o Disconnect and reconnect to the existing power source. o Disconnect and reconnect to the T&P drain line. o Disconnect and reconnect to the circulation pump loop if needed. o Haul away the old water heater unit. o Verify proper operation of the new water heater. o Clean up the work area upon completion of the installation.
