Demolition of Burned Residential Structures #4 - The City intends, for the next twelve (12) months, to award all DEMOLITION OF BURNED RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES #4, inclusive of all structural types: wood frame, brick, masonry, etc., that are normally considered common occurrences in the City ofBirmingham. Nothing in this document shall prevent or preclude the City from utilizing its own equipment and personnel to perform demolition related services as may be determined to be in the best interest ofthe City. Size of each structure will be defined as the total square footage of all floor levels ofthe structure from the ground level and above.
