Renovation of an educational facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Cooling towers to be provided as scheduled or equal. Alternate pricing can be provided, but any exceptions to the project requirements to be clearly noted. 2. Provide walkways with railings between cooling towers and ladders as shown. 3. The equipment's physical dimensions and weight cannot significantly exceed the structural and footprint parameters indicated. 4. A remote sump is included in the project design and basin heaters are not required. 5. Variable speed drives and controls provided by others. 6. Expected equipment purchase is April 2025 with delivery by September 2025. Provide expected lead time of equipment. 7. Clearly indicate any field installed accessories. 8. Submit cut sheets for proposed equipment with weights. 9. Confirm whether equipment meets the minimum 50% domestic content requirement as required by the Inflation Reduction Act bonus credit. Not a requirement but a preference. 10. Include standard warranty description and provide additional cost for optional extended warranties Deadline for Written Questions 01/23/2025 at 2:00 pm EST
