The Town of Georgina received its Consolidated Linear Infrastructure Environmental Compliance Approvals (CLI ECA) for its municipal sanitary sewer collection system and its stormwater management system (see APPENDIX C - CLI ECA 119-W601 - SANITARY COLLECTION SYSTEM and APPENDIX D - CLI ECA 119-S701 - STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, respectively). The Corporation of the Town of Georgina (Town) is seeking bid submissions from qualified and experienced vendors (respondent) to review its new CLI ECAs and update/develop materials to meet these new requirements (work); The Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks' (MECP) CLI ECA provides the framework to which sewage collection systems and stormwater management systems are operated and the requirements that must be upheld for compliance; The successful respondent (consultant) must support the Town to ensure that these requirements are completed and implemented well in advance of the respective implementation dates stated within the CLI ECAs; and Table 1: CLI ECA Deadlines found in APPENDIX B - PROJECT DETAILS has been prepared to outline the respective deadlines for both CLI ECAs. All work completed on this assignment will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Town's CLI ECAs No. 119-W601 and No. 119-S701 copies of which are available in APPENDIX C - CLI ECA 119-W601 - SANITARY COLLECTION SYSTEM and APPENDIX D - CLI ECA 119-S701 - STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, respectively.
