Renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 725,000-square-foot parking garage.

This project includes the design and construction of the parking garage and roadway system at Terminal E while providing spaces for ground transportation functions on the ground level. The proposed project includes construction of approximately 725,000 square feet precast parking garage consisting of 9 levels and will connect to the walkway for pedestrian access on Level 4. The garage will also include a vehicular bridge connection from the existing West Garage at Level 4 and modifications of the adjacent Central Heating Plant (CHP) surface parking lot. The project will incorporate sustainable design elements including solar PV panels. Deadline for Submission of Written Questions: THURSDAY, JULY 10, 2025 Questions may be sent via email to CPBidQuestions@massport.com subject to the deadline for receipt stated in the timetable above Question Deadline 08/20/2025 The estimated cost of the trade contractors' portion of this phase of the Project is approximately $81,994,000 and the construction duration for this phase is approximately 72 months. The estimated value of work to be performed by trade contractors is as follows: Glass/Glazing - $32,000 Resilient Flooring - $50,000 Metal Windows - $32,000 Max Value $15,475,000 The project will incorporate sustainable design elements including solar PV panels. The Logan Airport Parking Project would include the following improvements: o A new structured 9 story parking garage in the current location of existing surface parking lots in front of Terminal E. o Separated primary access/egress points for public vehicles and ground transportation along the Terminal E Arrivals and Departures Level roadway. o Modifications to the Terminal E Arrivals and Departures Level roadway to accommodate garage access/egress; o A vehicular bridge connection to the existing Central Parking complex from the fourth level of the facility's east side to increase Massport operational efficiencies with respect to overflow transfers; o Pedestrian circulation accommodations, including crosswalks connecting the facility to the outer curb at Terminal E and connections to the pedestrian bridge that connects Terminal E to the Central Garage complex; o A solar photovoltaic system to offset a portion of the facility's electricity consumption; o Sustainability and resiliency features; o Parksmart certification (a high-performance parking structure program), similar to LEED certification and administered by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). o Reconfiguration of Arrivals and Departure level roadways around the new parking garage and existing Terminal C and Terminal E o Increased Terminal E departure level curb capacity Deadline for Submission of Written Questions: THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2025
