In accordance with the provisions of Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 252 and 271, GEUS, a municipally owned electric utility and a separate and distinct instrumentality of the City of Greenville, Texas, is requesting submissions to contract with a proven business that has considerable experience in providing goods or services in response to this solicitation. The awarded business shall possess a proven record of accomplishment of using innovative approaches to providing goods and services that represent the best value to their clients and have the ability to accomplish all aspects of the requested services. The selected Respondent should be able to provide innovative methods to deal with municipal challenges and cost-effective solutions. may have brand name indicated. Any quotes received after the due date and time will not be considered. Provide quotes based on the UOM requested. Substitutions must be noted and spec sheets must be available upon request. Unless items are specified as "Specific Brand Only" substitute items may be considered. The requested items will be taken into consideration on a low item basis. Until final award GEUS reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or proceed otherwise when in the best interest of the utility. GEUS is exempt from all State and Federal excise transportation tax. 1-75-6000-547-6
