South Kitsap School District 2025 Cabling Upgrades Vendors must be able to provide services eligible for reimbursement under the federal E-rate program. These proposals are being advertised in accordance with RCW 39.04.270. The vendor's name and address must appear on the OUTSIDE of the envelope. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to see that their response to this RFP is delivered by the designated time. No responsibility will be taken by the school districts for wrong delivery by any vendor, for delays in the U.S. Mail or internal district mail, or for inappropriately addressed or misrouted bids. Responses to this Request for Proposal received after the scheduled closing time will be returned to the vendor unopened. Vendors may not withdraw their response to this RFP after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. The South Kitsap School District No. 402 reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to split awards, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFP process, and to award the RFP as deemed best for South Kitsap School District.
