The project limits extend from: Utica Street south to approximately 500 feet south of Murray Street. specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction of West First Street, replacing of existing curb and concrete sidewalks, upgraded signing and striping, improvement to drainage system, new pedestrian traffic signals, and landscaping improvements. The City of Oswego reserves the right to consider the bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any Contract, and to waive any minor informalities in, and to reject, any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the advertised time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof.
