Reference Number 0000372769 The City seeks a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the office at 2B John Walsh Blvd. Services should be performed efficiently, reliably, and in a manner that meets the City's operational needs including but not limited to the services detailed in the Scope of Work section of this RFP. The PCS will be expected to adhere to all United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") approved procedures, as applicable, and deliver services in compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards from the City.
