Site work for a water / sewer project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to clean, modify, repair, and repaint the existing approximate 24-feet tall by 59-feet diameter, 500,000-gallon High Top (reservoir) Tank. Work to be performed shall include replacing rafters, abrasive-blast cleaning and painting of all interiors (includes between roof plates and rafters) and all exterior surfaces of the tank and exposed foundation; steel accessories/modifications including ladders, guardrails, etc.; and providing all accessories/modifications in accordance with the requirements of these Specifications. Contractor shall provide a third-party minimum NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 certified inspector to oversee the required inspection details provided in the specifications.
