Olde Towne CIPP Rehabilitation Phase 1 Site Directions: Within the City of Bellevue, NE, the area generally bound by E 16th Ave. on the north, Warren St. on the east, W 29th Ave. on the south, and Calhoun St. on the west. Mission Avenue is excluded from the project area. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2025 Description: The Project includes the following Work: Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 20,000 LF to 40,000 LF of 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch pipe. Question Deadline 02/05/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
