To expedite responses to technical questions regarding the contract documents, prospective bidders are encouraged to send written questions to RandyAllen, AIA via e-mail: randy@rgaconsulting.llc. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the specified time for receipt of bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Federal Funds Are Involved in This Project and Compliance With All Federal, State, and Local Laws, Rules and Regulations is Required Technical questions regarding the project are to be directed to Randy Allen, AIA, RGA Consulting LLC (573) 644- 4210.
