Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Remove and replace 55 LF PCC of low flow trickle channel and PCC transitions located north of the Arlington Court and Saunders Boulevard intersection; including installation of a pre-cast or cast-in-place PCC storm drain structure, 48" ARCH RCP storm drain pipe, extensions of 12", 30", and 42" RCP storm drain pipe, with fittings, appurtenances, headwalls; minor regrading; cutting and adjusting existing headwalls, storm drain pipe, and top of existing cast-in-place retaining wall; removal and replacement of minor of PCC curb and gutter, ADA ramps, and sidewalks to facilitate approach and access ramp to existing low flow trickle channel. Minor landscaping surfacing and edging to be replaced with PCC pavement, with fencing and modular retaining landscaping components to be removed and reset as needed
