Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Stowe, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Department of Buildings and General Services (hereinafter the "State") is seeking to establish a contract with a Construction Management firm to provide Construction Management services (hereinafter the "CM") for the Phase 1 development of Bingham Falls master plan Smugglers' Notch State Park, Stowe, VT PROJECT BUDGET: The project estimate, which includes all pre-construction and construction services, costs and fees, General Conditions, Cost of Work, and project contingencies, is $1,250,000.
