The project work site is located at 10 Adams Rd, Saratoga Springs, New York. The project includes all labor, materials, machinery, tools, scaffolding, equipment and other appurtenances, and all means and methods necessary to complete the work as described: Window replacement; storefront installation; restroom renovations; ceiling removal, insulation, replacement; Plumbing unit removal and replacement; ductwork removal and reconfiguration; and lighting removal and replacement. Contract term: June 2025 Location: 10 Adams Rd., Saratoga SPrings, NY This is a lump sum bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
