This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GSU. Project No. 0102-044-21 Project Background The Andrew Young School of Policy Studies (AYSPS) began their relocation to the 55 Park Place building on GSU's campus after multiple renovations on the 5th and 6th floors. The 2 nd, 4th, and 7th floors, along with a portion of the 9 th floor of 55 Park Place were renovated next, allowing most of the remaining staff and students to relocate to those floors during the summer of 2023. This project includes the renovation of the final remaining area on the 9 th floor that is allocated to the AYSPS. Project Description The 9th floor renovation will include the construction of new offices, open workstation areas, open collaboration spaces, an open breakroom, informal meeting rooms, storage rooms, IDF and electrical closets, and a monumental staircase. The Stated Cost Limitation (SCL) for this project is $900,000.
