Site work for an educational facility in Hacienda Heights, California. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Bid pricing shall be good for a period of ninety (90) calendar days and may be kept open longer at the discretion of the Bidder. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or Bidder's bond in the form as outlined in the bid documents, for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District. The check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder shall execute the Contract in accordance with the bid documents. Payment and performance bonds will be required from the awarded contractor. The Contractor shall be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations and have in place a valid B license. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularity therein Any questions pertaining to the bid documents or the construction plans are to be directed via e-mail only to Joel Duarte, Director of Purchasing & Warehouse at: iduarte@hlpusd.org, with an email copy to project architect, Carolyn Loughrey of tBP Architecture, cloughrey@tbparchitecture.com, no later than 3:00 PM on January 30, 2025. Questions recevied after this time may not be addressed.
