The City is seeking responses from commercial roofing contractors to provide services at locations throughout Beaumont. Contractors must hold appropriate certificates and licenses and demonstrate proven expertise in addressing preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for roofing systems. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable building codes, bylaws, regulations, directives, and ordinances. The Contractor shall perform annual gutter cleaning as a prerequisite to annual roof and gutter inspections for all designated facilities, along with minor roof repair work. For roof repairs exceeding the $25,000 threshold, the City reserves the right to seek separate quotations. The Contractor must be available 7 days per week 24 hours per day to respond to requests from the City, depending on the nature of the service request for routine or emergency work.
