Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion Date Shall Be Defined as All Remaining Work (Bituminous Pavement, Seeding, and Erosion Control Blanket). The Work Must Be Completed No Later Than June 30, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date the Seasonal Shutdown Date for Applicable in-stream Work is April 1-june 15 of Every Calendar Year. The Seasonal Shutdown Date for Applicable Road Work is October 31 of Every Calendar Year.
