The City of McMinnville will receive sealed bids for a Water Source Heat Pump rooftop unit for the Parks and Recreation Department per specifications enclosed. A. Remove old (2008 Carrier unit) and dispose of old equipment. B. Replace with new Water Source Heat Pump rooftop unit on a curb adaptor. C. Modify electrical and water piping as needed to make new connections. D. Once installation is complete, system operations will be tested. Unit Specifications - Rooftop Water Source Heat Pump - R-454B - 20 Ton - 460/60/3 - Symbio 700 - Econimizer, DB with Barometric Relief - Multi Speed Motor - Hinged Access Panels with 2-in MERV 8, one set - Advanced Controls and BACnet BAS - Standard Refrigeration Option - Condensate Overflow Switch (COS) - Stainless Steel Drain Pan - Insulated Copper-Water Coil - 35F Freezestat (For Water Loop) - CO2 kit with wall mounted sensor (Fld) All material shall be fully guaranteed by the bidder against factory and delivery defects. Any defect which may occur, as the result of either faulty material or workmanship within the period of the manufacturer's standard warranty, or defects encountered during deliver, shall be corrected without expense to the City of McMinnville. By virtue of bidding, the bidders guarantee the price quoted in the bid will remain firm until delivery, including the time from when the bids are opened until a purchase order is issued, such time not to exceed sixty (120) days.
