Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Orovada, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Board of Commissioners of Humboldt County, Nevada is accepting bids for: Humboldt County Orovada Community Center HVAC Upgrade PWP HU-2025-086. Proposers must: (i) have the appropriate State of Nevada Contractor's License; (ii) be qualified pursuant to Nevada law to bid on public entity contracts; (iii) be able to certify in the written contract compliance with subsection 2 of NRS 332.065; and (iv) before commencement of construction, have obtained a Humboldt County of Nevada business license. The project cost is anticipated to reach the threshold for payment of the prevailing rates as established by the Nevada Labor Commissioner. No mandatory bidder's meeting is required for this project. Bid Bond: Required with Proposal. Proposals may be withdrawn by written notice received prior to the date and time set for receipt. Telegraph, facsimile and email withdrawals will not be accepted. BID/CONTRACT AWARD will be considered at the next regular meeting of the Humboldt County Board of Commissioners on March 3, 2025. The work shall commence within five (5) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed The Humboldt County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
