As of April 09, 2025, bids received were rejected due to over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The Proposed Work Will Consist of Construction Services for Utility Subsurface Locating/potholing Services to Support on-going Design and Construction Efforts for Capital Improvement Projects Throughout the City of Tempe. The Contractor Will Be Responsible for Identifying Existing Utility Details Where Possible, Such as Size, Material Type, Age, Condition, Ownership, Backfill Conditions and Number of Conduits While Determining Both the Horizontal and Vertical Locations of the Top and Bottom of the Utility While Being Referenced to an Approved City of Tempe Project Survey Datum, Together With Associated Work. Please Direct Any Questions No Later Than February 4, 2025, by 4:00 P.m., Arizona Time, to the City of Tempe Engineering Division at online. Bids Received After the Time Specified Above Will Not Have the Ability to Submit Said Bid and Will Not Be Considered.
