Site work for a mixed-use development in Anaheim, California. Completed plans call for site work for a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to placing (1) pre-checked fabric shade structure (OFCI) and play equipment (OFCI) onto the existing campus. The Contract Time is 42 consecutive calendar days Estimated Construction Cost: $105,000 Each request for clarification shall be submitted in writing, via email, to only the following persons: TO: Mr. James Youn Facilities Technician Facilities Planning and Construction Office 714.517.7550, Extension 4316 syoun@aesd.org and Mr. Jose Jorge Camarillo Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance & Operations Office 714.517.7551 ext. 4312 jcamarillo@aesd.org Pre-bid Inquiries due by January 28, 2025 no later than 2:00 p.m., shall be submitted to Mr. James Youn, Facilities Technician, Facilities, Planning and Construction Department, and Mr. Jose Jorge Camarillo, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance & Operations, via e-mail only, at the e-mail address provided in this Notice. A Pre-Bid Request for Information Form is available in this bid package. Each bidder's bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: (1) cash; (2) a cashier's check made payable to the District; (3) a certified check made payable to the District; or (4) a bidder's bond executed by a California admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120, made payable to the District in the form set forth in the Contract Documents. Such bidder's security must be in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed Contract, if the same is awarded to such bidder, and will provide Separate payment and performance bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract amount, are required, and shall be provided to the District prior to execution of the Contract and shall be in the form set forth in the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding
