** As of April 30, 2025 project is on hold.** The selected Contractor will be responsible to complete median landscaping work on Morrisville Carpenter Road from NC-54 (Chapel Hill Road) to Davis Drive as shown in the plans provided The project locations are shown in the plans. Work shall conform to the Project Special Provisions and the Planting permit from NCDOT (Attachment 3) as well. The work being on a state road within the Town of Morrisville, all applicable local and state specifications shall be followed. The town requires this work to be completed in spring 2025. The selected contractor should be available to start work in March 2025 and shall complete all work in 60 days. All Questions Due - March 4, 2025, by 5:00 P.M This is a re-advertisement and there will not be a pre-bid meeting this time. The addendum that includes the pre-bid meeting agenda, minutes and answers to questions from the previous bid advertisement period is attached. The Town reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any and all proposals. The lowest proposal price will not necessarily be accepted. The Town reserves the right to reject all bids, award the Agreement, interview contractors, negotiate the specific terms of the Agreement, and make other adjustments as required in consultation with the successful Contractor(s).
