Renovation of an educational facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 40,000-square-foot educational facility.
*As of March 31, 2025, this bid package has been awarded. Construction work is scheduled to start in May 2025, and is expected to be completed in August 2025. BID PACKAGE #2 includes the following trade packages: - Abatement w/flooring demolition, Demolition, Glazing and Plumbing. **Note: All other work bid out previously. Project is approximately 40,000 square feet for an interior renovation. Construction is expected to take place June through August 2025. Attention to the following bid requirements: - Complete, sign and include Attachments A, B, C, D, E & F found at the end of this bid package document along with your bid form with your sealed bid. - Cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond for 5% of Base Bid required for all bids over $50,000. - Performance, payment, and maintenance bonds will be required by the lowest responsible bidder for any bid over $50,000.
