Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of April 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project will be bid in two separate contracts. Water Development Projects: Construction time limit is (180) calendar days with liquidated damages of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per day. Contract #A consists of the construction of the following: Raw waterline system expansion to include the installation of approximately 16,500 LF of 8" HDPE pipe trenched, four HDD directional bores, and also includes: valves, fittings, steel conduit, air release valves, bypass meter assemblies, tree removal, street, sidewalk and driveway repairs, E&S Controls and all other necessary appurtenances required to complete the raw water system. Contract #B consists of the construction of the following: Drill, test and develop one new water well, test and develop an existing water well, upgrade five existing well pumps, upgrade electric service to one existing well, site work, grading, tree removal, fencing, gates, stone, driveways, paving, E&S controls, electric service and controls, radio telemetry and all other necessary appurtenances required to complete two well sites. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Preston County PSD #4, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid.
