Please direct all concerns regarding this SOQ to Lauren Justus at 414-651-4314 or lauren.justus@milwaukeecountywi.gov Milwaukee County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) is hereby requesting your firm's Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing construction management for the above referenced construction project in the City of Franklin, Milwaukee County. The construction management services to be provided may include, but are not limited, to providing qualified construction staff to support the MCDOT Lead Construction Engineer with quality verification, quality assurance, and general inspection. Anticipated Construction Start Date April 2025 Anticipated Construction Completion Date October 2025 The SOQ should include recent experience of your firm projects within the last 2 to 4 years, identification of key project personnel and their qualifications and a maximum of three (similar projects) references. The key personnel listed in the SOQ shall be the individuals who will be doing the work. SOQ by joint venture groups as well as individual firms will be considered. Three firms will be short listed. An interview will not be scheduled to further assess your firm's qualifications. Milwaukee County reserves the right to enter into immediate negotiations and contract award with any short-listed firm based solely on the information contained in the SOQ. If negotiations result in an award of contract to the selected firm, then all remaining firms will be notified accordingly. If negotiations with the selected firm fail to result in a contract award, then negotiations will begin with the next firm selected and so on. Be advised that there is a minimum disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 17% for the construction management of this project. Milwaukee County has established overall participation goals on the purchase of goods and services, and construction services utilized in County procurements with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certified firms, in accordance with Chapter 42 of the Milwaukee County Code of General Ordinances. Contact the Office of Economic Inclusion at 414-278-4747 or oei@milwaukeecountywi.gov for assistance in identifying DBEs and understanding the County's DBE Program procedures. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
