The County is seeking a Contractor to provide wet sealant application to the exterior window gaskets of the Robert L. Anderson building located at 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, Florida 34293. The County anticipates a Purchase Agreement to run for the duration of the Project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. Question Deadline 02/19/2025 at 2:30 PM ET Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted electronically Contractor shall thoroughly clean existing windows and gaskets before applying a wet sealant over the existing gaskets. Window information can be found in Attachment 1, RLA Schematic attached hereto and incorporated herein. B. Contractor shall inspect the window weep holes during the process and clear any and all obstructions. C. Contractor shall have the necessary equipment to complete the work. D. The Project will be completed on weekdays hours from 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. Weekend work is approved as well if needed. E. Work shall begin after receipt of a County Purchase Order (PO) and shall be completed no more than 60 calendar days after receipt of PO. F. The County reserves the right to modify this schedule at their discretion. Any modifications shall be communicated to the Contractor in writing.
