The City of Siloam Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional rate study services for the utilities owned and operated by the City of Siloam Springs. The SOQ's will be used for selection of firms for a utility rate study to be completed in 2025. The qualified firm shall demonstrate their ability to perform a rate study for Electric, Sanitation (municipal solid waste), Water, and Wastewater utilities, including but not limited to treatment plants, substations, distribution systems, and operations and maintenance costs. The name and address of the firm shall be on the outside of the package and include "Qualifications for Siloam Springs Utility Rate Study". Proposers should structure their responses to follow this sequence where possible. The City reserves the right to issue a separate RFQ at any time for any job specific selection. All questions concerning the process should be directed to Kevin Moore at kmoore@siloamsprings.com. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
