Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vancouver, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The work includes installation of new air conditioning heat pumps. Golden Age Court is a concrete, low-rise building, containing seventy-one (71) suites, providing housing to a low-income, retired population. The project scope is to install one (1) air conditioning heat pump in each liveable suite in order to provide cooling during hot summer months. We expect construction to commence within fifteen (15) days of issuance of the Notice to Proceed and to be substantially completed before Summer 2025.
