Project is cancelled. The Work under the Contract consists of 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to At Caggiano Plaza, all existing devices tied into the existing fire alarm system are to be replaced. Provide a new addressable fire alarm control panel (Silent Knight6820 with Silent Knight 6814 Signaling Line Circuit Expander or approved equal).Also install a cellular dialer with both AT&T and Verizon and be 5G capable to replace the existing one. All new devices shall be addressable and compatible with the new addressable fire alarm control panel. The old fire alarm system shall remain operational until the new system has been installed and tested. See narrative/drawings for more information. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/12/2025 at 2:00PM EST for filed sub-bids and by 02/19/2025 at 2:00PM EST for general bids. Project Fire alarm systems upgrades at several locations of the Lynn Housing Authority: 667-4 Caggiano Plaza, 667-5 McGee House, 689-1 Shepard & Warren, 705-1,1A,1B,1C,2A,2C, 705-A,C,&D. Two elderly resident sites 667-4,5, one special needs resident 689-1, and several scattered 705 (family housing) sites. File sub-bid is for the replacement of sprinkler heads at Caggiano Plaza 667-4 and McGee House 667-5.
