Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Hankinson, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the remodel of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The budget $100,000 to 200,000. Hankinson Community Center Addition and Remodel The Owner will furnish the following work and or equipment. The Work includes providing support systems to receive Ownerís equipment, and mechanical and electrical connections. 1. Future Walk-In Cooler and equipment. 2. Movable Equipment or as noted on the drawings. 3. Interior and exterior signage. 4. Rubber mats. 5. Storage shelving not shown on drawings. 6. The Owner will arrange for Owner provided equipment and deliver necessary shop drawings, product data, and samples to the Contractor. 7. The Owner will arrange and pay for delivery of Owner furnished items according to the Construction Schedule. 8. Following delivery, the Owner will inspect items delivered for damage. 9. If Owner furnished items are damaged, defective, or missing, the Owner will arrange for replacement. 10. The Owner will arrange for the manufacturerís field services and for the delivery of manufacturerís warranties to the appropriate Contractor. 11. The Respective Contractor shall review shop drawings, product data, and samples and return them to the Architect noting discrepancies or problems anticipated in use of the product. 12. The Owner is responsible for receiving, unloading, and handling Owner furnished items at the site. 13. The Respective Contractor is responsible for protecting Owner furnished items from damage, including damage from exposure to the elements. The Respective Contractor shall repair or replace items damaged as a result of his operations. This project does not require a Bid Bond. Within ten days after notice of award, the principal will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and as required by law the regulations and determinations of the governing board. All bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bids, as approved by Section 43 07 05 of North Dakota Century Code. The contractor shall include a copy of the license with the Bid. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions and licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. No bidder may withdraw this bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Completion- June 30, 2025.
