**As of March 10, 2025 project was awarded to van kirk bros contracting, awarded amount is $499,950,25** Water Distribution Improvements Revised Project #2 The work will include construction of approximately 1100 LF of 6" Water Main, approximately 7 insert valves and/or line stops ranging from 4" diameter to 10" diameter, service line installations and/or reconnections and water main abandonment. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids; and to waive irregularities or informalities to accept the BID it deems most beneficial. A complete set of digital copies of drawings, specifications, contract documents and proposal form may be obtained from online for a fee of $30.00 (non-refundable). Contractors and subcontractors on USEPA federally assisted construction projects are required to pay their laborers and mechanics wages not less than those established by the U.S. Department of Labor. A current wage decision containing the appropriate building and/or heavy type rates is included in the specifications for bidding purposes. The prospective participants must certify by submittal EPA Form 5700-49, Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters, that to the best of its knowledge and belief that it and its principals are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal department or agency.
