Vendors shall perform the following Building Envelope Upgrades at the Centre County Courthouse Annex: - Repoint masonry joints on North, South, and West sides of the building as needed. For bidding purposes not to exceed 500 square feet using York Building Products Type O Colored Tuckpoint Mortar "WR 2029 Port" for stone joints and York Building Products Type O Colored Tuckpoint Mortar "WR 2024 Espresso" for brick joints. - Remove existing sealant around all windows and doors on North, South, and West sides of building. Install new Sikaflex-15LM "Colonial White" sealant. - Paint exterior window trim, dental work, fascia, and door trim using Sherwin Williams "0044 Hubbard Squash" Duration Exterior Acrylic paint. - Paint exterior door trim medallions using Sherwin Williams "0040 Roycroft Adobe" Duration Exterior Acrylic paint. - Paint exterior doors and steel lintel using Sherwin Williams "0047 Studio Blue Green" Duration Exterior Acrylic paint. - Repair/ replace dental work on North side of Building Above Main Entrance Door. - Replace glass in four (4) exterior windows (labeled A, C, E on Attachment K) on North side of Building above main entrance door with "in kind" material. The Centre County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Department of Facilities Management invites qualified vendors to submit sealed proposals for Building Envelope Upgrades at the Centre County Courthouse Annex. Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form of certified check, bank cashier's check, or bond provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of 10% of the total project cost, made payable to the County of Centre. The successful Proposer will be expected to enter into a Contract with the County, incorporating the RFP terms and the winning Proposal response, as well as other terms and conditions acceptable to the County.
