Renovation of an educational facility in Brockville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario invites tenders for the Exterior Door Project and associated work at St. Mary Catholic High School in Brockville. The CCDC2 2020 stipulated lump sum contract with supplementary conditions will be used for this project. The work consists primarily of the following (refer to tender documents for details): Removal and disposal of existing doors and frames and supply and install new aluminum doors and frames as outlined in the specifications including 4 sets to meet AODA accessibility standards at St. Mary Catholic High School, located at 40 Central Avenue, Brockville, Ontario. This project is subject to funding. Questions and clarifications will only be received and answered via email. All questions or clarifications shall be submitted to dan.tackaberry@cdsbeo.on.ca no later than 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2025. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received and to determine in its own best judgment, the best qualified contractors to undertake these services.
