Reference number: 20044131 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-03 The work under this mandate consists mainly of supplying the labor, materials, equipment, materials and services required to carry out the work relating to the partial repair of the ramp between parking lots P1 to P4. The work includes: - Site mobilization and organization; - Supply and installation of site fencing to enclose all work zones; - Signage and flagmen, including temporary signage to divert traffic; - Cleaning of drainage pipes before and after work; - If required, temporary shoring of slabs and beams during work; - Structural work; - Plumbing and drainage work; - Electrical work; - Fire protection work; - Repainting of floors, walls and columns in the work area; - Weekly (Friday) site clean-up and maintenance; - All surveying and measuring required to complete the work; - Board and travel expenses for all workers and subcontractors; - Disposal of demolition waste specific to its work, off-site, in an appropriate location and in accordance with current standards; - Management of noise, dust, water or any other contaminant specific to its work; - Requested tests and trials; - Provision of certifications; - Acceptance of work.
