The project consists primarily of the replacement of seven (7), relocation of one (1), removal of one (1), and installation of one (1) 6 -fire hydrant The envelope shall be clearly marked Bid Enclosed Contract 2024-02 Hydrant Improvements . The Parkersburg Utility Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities deemed in the best interest of the Parkersburg Utility Board.
