Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mosinee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The town board of the Town of Emmet is seeking bids for a project at the Halder Community Hall, 135125 Halder Drive, Mosinee, WI. The proposed project will consist of replacing the existing front entrance door with a new door, doing necessary ceiling and roof repairs on the entrance-way roof, removal of two small windows on either side of the entrance-way door, removal of the window located above the entrance-way door, closing off two closet areas located on each side of the entrance-way, and possible other alterations necessary to fit the size of the new entrance-way door. Interested bidders are urged to inspect the project site prior to bidding. Due to town hall rental dates, the project needs to be completed no later than June 1, 2025. All Certificates of Insurance need to be sent with the bid. The town board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
