Request for Proposals Sandia Precinct Building 12111 Highway 359, Sandia, Texas In addition to the cash bid amount for the building, the successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with the removal of the building from its current location on Jim Wells property. The move must be completed within 20 days of acceptance of the bid by the Jim Wells County Commissioners Court. The building is open for inspection by prospective bidders during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
