Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rushville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 02/11/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City of Rushville is requesting Bids for the reconstruction of 5th Street. The project includes the reconstruction of approximately 960' of 5th Street reconstruction from the west dead end to Sexton Street. Existing asphalt pavement, curbing, sidewalk, etc. will be removed and replaced with full depth HMA, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, ADA compliant curb ramps, and storm sewer improvements. Watermain along with associated water services, will be included. Bids shall be received for a single prime contract and on a unit price basis as indicated on the Bid Form. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Rushville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Rushville.
