Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Magnolia, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The work primarily consists of the demolition of existing 16,000-gallon ground storage tank, adding two (2) 22,400-gallon ground storage tanks, the tank appurtenances to existing tanks, two (2) 350 gpm booster pumps with new manifold, moving the existing 5,000-gallon hydronpneumatic tank, adding one 5,000-gallon hydropneumatic tank, relocating the generator to the North side of the property, adding a new gas line, and miscellaneous electrical and site work for a complete and operating system. The deadline to ask questions is 2/05/2025 12:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents must be submitted to the Engineer in writing at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids
