The number of requests and the rate or frequency at which they will be carried out remain uncertain. At the end of the tendering process, the Public Body will select the 3 eligible and compliant suppliers with the lowest price. The Public Body's requests for work to be carried out will be awarded to the service provider who has submitted the bid with the lowest price, unless this service provider is unable to follow it up; in which case, the other selected CONTRACTORS will be approached according to their respective rank.
