G.L. c. 30, sec. 39M, hereby requests sealed bids from proponents, in accordance with the Invitation to Bid, for improvements to Buttery Brook Park including the addition of accessible walking trails, installation of a new disc golf course, a new concert stage, and construction of new pickleball courts. This project may include, but is not limited to earthwork, fencing, paving, concrete flatwork, storm water infrastructure, plantings, and other site work in accordance with the documents prepared by Berkshire Design Group, Northampton, Massachusetts .
